Why an Emperor penguin?
Emperor penguins thrive in the harshest conditions on earth. Their arctic home is frequently -50 °F and ravaged by 150 mph winds.
Emperors walk 75 miles over ice while carrying their young and will dive down over 1,500 feet in freezing water in search of food.
Emperors have learned that not only personal strength, but community, are critical to survival.Colonies of 5,000 tightly packed adults and chicks work together to huddle for warmth, shuffling around so each takes a turn on the outside to keep others warm.
The TWIFT brand mark was inspired by these awesome creatures.
